Visa Subclass 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme):
Permanent visa that allows employees (or prospective employees) to work full-time in a position nominated by an Australian employer. Partner and dependents may be included.
Visa Subclass 494 (Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional):
This visa is similar to visa 186 above, but only applies to jobs outside the major metropolitan centres, known as Regional Australia. Partner and dependents may be included.
Visa Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage):
Temporary visa allowing the worker to be employed by a particular company in Australia (sponsor), in certain approved occupations, usually for up to 4 years. Partner and dependents may be included.
